Setup
Rooms and areas to be painted are scheduled with the customer.
Switch plates and outlet covers are removed.
Furniture is covered with plastic.
Floors are covered with drop cloths.
Walls are scuff-sanded.
Holes and cracks in walls are filled.
Gaps in trim are caulked.
Stains, such as water marks, are sealed.
Washing is done where required.
Painting
Repaired areas are primed.
Paint is applied with a brush, roller or sprayer depending on the surface.
Ceiling and walls are painted to proper coverage and finish color.
Clean cut lines between trim & walls.
Only premium quality paints are used.
Clean Up
Switch plates and outlet covers are replaced.
All garbage is removed.
Touch-up paint is labeled and left with the customer.
Inspection
Before the crew packs up their equipment, a walk through is done to ensure
all contracted areas are painted properly.
Final touch-ups are noted on a punch list & are completed before the
crew leaves.
Exterior Painting Services
Cleaning
Environmentally-friendly detergent or bleach is used to remove dirt and mildew as required.
Delicate areas are hand-washed.
Loose paint chips are cleaned up.
House is given time to dry.
Minor Maintenance
All bare areas are primed.
Glossy areas are scuff-sanded.
Areas around doors and windows are caulked, window panes receive new putty where necessary.
Wood, masonry and stucco repairs available upon request or when specified on the contract.
Painting
All non-painted surfaces are covered to protect against splatter and drips.
Paint is applied with a brush, roller, or sprayer depending on the surface.
Second coat is available upon request or when specified on the contract.
Only premium quality paints are used.
Clean Up
Performed daily and upon completion of the job.
All debris is removed.
Landscaped areas are cleaned and paint chips removed.
Touch-up paint is labeled and left with the customer.
Outdoor fixtures & furniture replaced.
Inspection
Before the crew packs up their equipment, a walk-through is done to ensure all contracted areas are painted properly.
Final touch-ups are noted on a check list and are completed before the crew leaves.
